Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 lb. JRA Crab Meat (White), drained and flaked
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of calamansi or lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 stalks of celery, diced
  • 2 cups of frozen peas and corn
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped green onions or chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Old Bay, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Gently fold in the crab meat.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  5. Serve hot with crackers, bread or veggies for dipping.
