Victor Amoguez III and Juvelyn Repole-Amoguez, both avid health and fitness enthusiasts, always knew the importance of quality nutrition. As successful entrepreneurs in the restaurant, e-commerce, and retail industries, they had all the tools at their fingertips—yet, finding consistently high-quality seafood for their own table proved challenging. Faced with market practices they couldn't trust, like refreezing thawed seafood and sketchy supply chains, the couple decided to take matters into their own hands.

Using their extensive network, they sought out and partnered with suppliers who could meet their high standards, and they secured FDA licensing to ensure their products adhered to the strictest safety regulations. What started as a mission to secure their own supply of fresh seafood grew into JRA Seafood—a company dedicated to bringing the same level of excellence to tables across the community. Today, every piece of seafood from JRA not only meets the high standards Victor and Juvelyn set for their own meals but also carries their passion for health, quality, and community well-being.

Our deep sea seafood selections are rich in Omega-3s and contain fewer heavy metals and microplastics than typical shallow water fishes sold in the market.

Traditionally, these premium cuts have been reserved for restaurants, where their nutritional value can be compromised by the use of trans fats and commercial preparations. At JRA Seafood, we advocate for cooking your own meals not only to preserve the nutrients but also to ensure you are not exposed to unhealthy cooking oils, condiments or preservatives.

We are committed to adhering to FDA, HACCP, and USDA standards for storing, packing, and handling our seafood. One thing that sets us apart is our use of the JUST-IN-TIME Inventory Management System. This system allows us to procure, quality-check, and pack items based only on recently forecasted sales. Close cooperation and coordination with local fishermen ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time, without any overstocking.
