  • 6 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup of JRA Seafood Squid Rings
  • 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup of diced onions
  • 1/4 cup of diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup of diced mushrooms


  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, heat the butter or coconut oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the shrimps, squid rings, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until they are cooked through.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the seafood and vegetables, and cook until the eggs are set, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Fold the omelette in half and cook for an additional minute.
