Ingredients:
- 500g Squid Rings, thawed
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Rinse the squid rings and pat dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and pepper together.
- Dredge the squid rings in the flour mixture, making sure they are evenly coated.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the squid rings and fry for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
- Remove the squid rings from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
- To make the dip, mince the garlic cloves and mix them with the mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Serve the fried squid rings hot, with the garlic mayo dip on the side.
Note: You can adjust the amount of garlic in the dip according to your taste preference.
